How to check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in your personal account on the website.
When your order is despatched, we will send you an e-mail notification. If you haven't heard from us for a long time, please check your Spam/Junk box as despatch notification might be in there.

Order Processing.

Our standard processing time for all in-stock items is 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship orders every business day Monday through Friday.
If you choose Fast Track at the checkout, then your order will be processed the next working day and shipped using our courier service with 1 day delivery (UK Mainland only). If you are in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands or British Forces we will dispatch your Fast Track order next working day using Royal Mail 48 service with 3-5 days delivery.

If you order PRE-ORDER and in-stock items together, you will be charged one lots of shipping as we will not ship your order until all items are in stock and cut. However, if you want your in-stock items before your pre-order please cancel your order and order the items separately.

Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods and Sale events.
Please note that payment must be made in full and cleared before we can ship the items. If you have any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.

To request your order be held please add a note to the comments section during the checkout process.

All orders are cut by hand, we always try to do it as accurately as possible however due to the nature of stretchy fabric there might be a discrepancy of up to 5 cm.

In the unlikely event that a product is oversold we will contact you and you will be offered to get a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product that is in stock. In case we won't get a reply from you regarding missing product within 3 days we will cancel and refund the item and post the remainder of your order.

I placed an order, and it still hasn't shipped.

We aim to ship all orders for in-stock items within 2-3 business days. Pre-order fabrics are cut, packed, and shipped upon arrival of the product to our warehouse. Your order dispatch might be delayed if we require additional information from you.

How do I know when PRE-ORDER items arrive?

If a product is on PRE-ORDER, you might see EXPECTED shipping time in its description. Please note that ARRIVAL time is an estimation only and is subject to change without notice. Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control.  If for any reason there is an issue with your pre-order (i.e. delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you to make you aware of the situation, and proceed to find a reasonable solution. We cannot guarantee ship dates, however, we can guarantee that we will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving the item.

Can I combine orders or add items to my existing order?

Unfortunately, due to high volume of orders we can't combine or add additional items to your order.
If you would like to combine / add items to your order, please contact us and we will cancel your existing order so you can place a new one.

Can I add tracking or insurance to my order?

Tracking and Insurance on all orders is optional.
If you are placing an order and would like your package to have tracking or/and insurance, please contact us before ordering for a quote. Cost depends on the package and location.

Can I ask for a custom order?

We will happily create a custom order for you. Just send us your custom choices and cuts and we will send you an order link. 
Please be ready to purchase your custom orders within 2 days. After that, the invoice will be revoked, and the fabric will be returned to stock.

Delivery time and charges.

DOMESTIC UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and British Forces)

All orders under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail as standard unless you specifically choose the courier option at the checkout. Delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days from the dispatch date.

Note: 1 metre of single jersey/knit is ~ approx. 400g.

All orders over 2kg will be sent via Courier Service. Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days from the date of shipping depending on your location.

For Royal Mail deliveries we will only consider your order lost if it has been more than 14 working days since the date of shipping. If you have not received your order after 14 working days please get in touch with us. You can also try contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office to check if they are holding any parcels for you. 

We do not assume responsibility for items once they have been shipped! Once it has been handed over to delivery company, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Europe and the rest of the world.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Europe and the rest of the world. 

Duty & Taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duty fees that may apply. We do not accept returns nor refund for packages not claimed due to lack of duty/tax fee payments. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT so we may add this information on your customs documents - this will expedite delivery to you!  

Product images.

Presented images of the items are a combination of our own photographs and images provided by the manufacturer. We are taking photos in natural light to represent colours as accurate as possible. However, due to the differing lighting and monitor settings we can’t guarantee an exact colour match of the fabric upon arrival.
